2019 Global Public HR Conference

The National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI) invites you to the "2019 Global Public HR Conference" jointly organized by the KDI School of Public Policy and Management (KDIS) and the Korean Society for Public Personnel Administration (KOSPPA).
With the theme of "Working through Networks in the Age of Complexity", we would like to lay the ground for discussions on responses strategy of public HR and direction for rapid changes such as the 4th industrial revolution and digital transformation.
In this event, we will have academic and policy level discussion on the role of HR as a collaboration facilitator for cooperative network support and the necessity of collaboration on cooperative responsibility and sustainable development and its human resource development strategies. Innovative practices of Korea's private companies will also be introduced in the conference. The conference will be held from 31st of Oct.(THU) to 1st of Nov.(FRI), at The K Hotel, Seoul.
Shuttle bus will be provided. However, there is a limit to the number of participants per day(35 people for 31st, 20 for 1st).
